We Offer Nation Wide On Site Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Training For The Food Processing, and Cold Storage Industry & Gas Compression Training

We provide a mobile training lab complete with individual monitors and training stations. Using a state of the art combination of video, graphics, and printed material to train and certify your employees! The OSHA Process Safety Management — PSM standard (and its EPA cousin, the Risk Management – RM - regulation) both require ammonia refrigeration facilities to have written operating procedures and to provide training to operators on an overview of the process and those procedures. Some small facilities may not be required to comply with PSM/RM (less than 10,000 lbs. ammonia). These facilities may still find it beneficial to prepare and use operating procedures in their plants due to “general-duty clauses”. But, both OSHA and EPA are enforcing so-called “general-duty clauses” calling upon facilities to handle chemicals such as ammonia refrigerants with due care.

Verbal/Oral Exam — Interview: Verbal questions designed to verify the trainee’s comprehension of the subject matter are included in an oral exam administered by an individual very knowledgeable in the subject matter. A written documentation of prior education/training and/or hands-on site-specific demonstration of competencies is prepared and provided.
With our Interview and written documentation of Operator competencies we can provide the certification for your employees on their overall job competencies.
Options:
- Written Achievement Tests: Questions designed to verify the trainee’s comprehension of the subject matter should be included in a traditional achievement test. True/False, Multiple Choice, and Essay are acceptable types.
- Hands-on training focused on the various system components and equipment-specific written operating procedures.
