There are deep discounts for corporations that lock in training at all their facilities using an Ammonia Refrigeration System. Discounts apply to On Site Training and or Correspondence & Computer Based Training.

Discounts apply to:

Simple rules about the training schedules need to be met for the discounts to apply.

• The facilities training schedules needs to be organized by geographical regions.

• Training dates need to be as consecutive as possible within the region.

• Commitment to SSIRT’s On Site Training at IIAR’s Training Guideline Recommendations or least once every three years.

To simplify billing for the facilities a bid can be provided by geographical regions or

all facilities receiving On Site Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Training.

The OSHA Process Safety Management — PSM standard (and its EPA cousin, the Risk Management – RM - regulation) both require ammonia refrigeration facilities to provide training and Certification of the training of employees and their overall Ammonia Refrigeration System job competencies. OSHA and EPA are also enforcing so-called “general-duty clauses” (facilities with under 10,000 lbs of Ammonia) calling upon facilities to handle chemicals such as ammonia refrigerants with due care.  SSIRT provides all documentation to meet this requirement.
