Our Audience
SSIRT uses a multimedia: combination of video, graphics and printed material.
Operators and Service Technicians - are hands-on and visually oriented people: reading is not their preferred style of training.
Experience has shown us the use of printed service manuals and course books only; does not produce the best training results.
Use of course books for individual self-study is highly recommended by SSIRT for operator self-training.

Service manuals tend to be very comprehensive and complex: while these need to be available to Operators and Service Technicains. They need to be used as reference material, not training.
